This intermediate class builds off the fundamentals from DTRC Groundwork, diving deeper into progressive overload, barbell cycling, and Olympic weightlifting technique. You'll continue to refine your squat, deadlift, and bench press, while increasing focus on clean and jerk and snatch mechanics, accessory lifts, and mobility work to support long-term gains.
Expect more volume, more intensity, and more precision—all with the same expert coaching from national-level lifter Pat Boileau. Perfect for those ready to take their lifting to the next level, this class is about unlocking power, improving performance, and training like an athlete.

Welcome to Baby & Me: Strength Edition: a postpartum strength class designed to help you reconnect with your body. This mama-friendly workout focuses on rebuilding strength where you need it most: core stability, glutes, pelvic floor, and upper back. Bring your little one along. Whether they’re in a carrier, stroller, or rolling on a mat beside you, this class creates a supportive space for moms to move, laugh, and grow stronger together.
