Team Performance Training
Our Team Performance Training program is built for athletes who want to elevate their game and reduce injury risk—all in a high-performance, team-based environment. Each program includes industry-leading VALD assessments to uncover strengths, weaknesses, and track progress over time.
$30 / athlete per session
Minimum 8 athletes | 8-week commitment

Off- Season Training
Our Off-Season Performance Training program is designed to help athletes build strength, power, and resilience so they can return to their sport faster, stronger, and more prepared than ever. Athletes can join with their team or individually, and will be placed into age- and skill-appropriate groups to ensure a high-quality training environment. Each program includes industry-leading VALD assessments to identify performance gaps, guide individualized training, and objectively track progress throughout the off-season. Sessions are $30 per session, with program options including 8-week blocks (May–June or July–August) or a full 16-week off-season program (May–August). Commitment to your selected 8- or 16-week block is required to ensure consistency, progression, and optimal performance outcomes.
